Mumbai, 29 October 2013 – Skillsoft today announced the launch of its new global banking and financial services courseware in India. The collection of 50 e-learning courses of an hour each will help companies train their employees in understanding complex products and services, as well as regulatory and risk management requirements in banking and financial service organizations globally. In India, the courseware is targeted at BFSI, IT and ITeS companies.
The courseware helps learners understand several critical areas of operations of companies in the worldwide banking and financial services sector. It provides an overview of key products such as loans and mortgages, life, health and general insurance products, mutual funds and portfolio management.
It also helps build an understanding of the main risks that affect operations, effective risk management, supervision and control, as well as key Basel I, II and III regulations that govern the sector globally.
