The School of Nursing Army Hospital (Research and Referral) Delhi Cantt and School of Nursing Command Hospital (Central Command) Lucknow have been converted to Colleges of Nursing and are affiliated to Delhi University and Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj Medical University respectively.

This land mark in the field of Nursing Education in the Armed Forces of conversion of Diploma Nursing programme into Baccalaureate program under two prestigious Universities has been achieved on the auspicious occasion of 88th Raising Day of Military Nursing Service. Now they can be called the College of Nursing Army Hospital (R&R) and College of Nursing Command Hospital (Central Command) Lucknow.
